A very important global company is looking for Customer Success Consultants to be the the customers’ first experience with the product and company. Is important that this person has excellent communication skills, passion for customers and project management skills.

– Advanced English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English. High Proficiency level (>= 85 %).
– Project management.
– Schedule availability.
– High School Diploma.
– Customer service and sales experience.
– 1-3 years of previous experience in advisory or consulting delivery role, account management, project management, teaching or training.
– Implementation / onboarding experience with customers.
– Time management and prioritization skills.
– Is important to have internet speed of 15MB.

Main responsibilities:

– Listen and understand the customer’s business problems and leverage product knowledge and experience to provide the best solution to meet their needs.
– Manage several projects related to technology.
– Deliver a superior onboarding experience to the customer by setting and meeting expectations.
– Meet deadlines for customer engagements and deliverables.
– Interact with customers via verbal and written communication; present key information and resources using prescribed presentation materials and superior presentation skills.
– Stay current on product features and functionality.
