Important global company is looking for Senior Customer Support Associates. This person should be a committed team player, have troubleshooting skills and provide an excellent support to clients.
In this position you will be the liaison between customers and all functional areas within the account to resolve service related inquiries.
– Fluent in verbal and written English, High Proficiency level. (85 %>).
– High School Diploma.
– Schedule availability.
– Proven experience in a customer support role or demonstrated equivalent (must).
– Understanding of desktop operating systems (including Microsoft Windows 2000).
– Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with customers.
– Is important to have internet speed of 15MB.
– Provide support for applications and associated services.
– Answer phone calls, chat and emails to troubleshoot issues customers face when using client products.
– Utilize support tools and resources necessary to get the job done, including e-mail, chat, telephone.
– Provide excellent customer service and support.
